Purple Hippo is an art studio designed for children ages 2 and up. We promote the education and appreciation of the visual arts. Our studio is a space filled with a plethora of art materials for Open Studio creativity. In addition, we offer Art Classes, Art Camps, and Art Birthday Parties.

At Purple Hippo, we strive to build self-knowledge and self-confidence through the creative process. Our goal is to bring out and inspire our guests' “little ARTIST within.”

Traveling 400 North (from Buckhead): Exit #5A - Dunwoody. As you exit, you will be taken towards the Right onto Abernathy Road. At the second intersection, turn LEFT onto
Mt. Vernon Hwy. Travel approx. 1 mile to the next major intersection of Chamblee Dunwoody Road. Turn LEFT onto Chamblee Dunwoody Road. Immediately begin to look on RIGHT for Dunwoody Village Shopping Center. See Walgreens and Fresh Market. Park in area behind Wolf Camera. Come into the courtyard. We are on the left in the courtyard.
